Pam has worked in the healthcare industry her entire career and is dedicated to assisting those desiring to improve performance and the quality of patient care. She received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin and her MBA from Loyola University.
Janine A. Scotti, MBA, Director of Educational Services
Janine is responsible for overseeing the company’s accreditation and project management departments. Scotti received her Bachelor of Science degree from Siena College in New York and completed her MBA in marketing in 2007.
